MainStay Suites Dallas Northwest - Irving

The rooms are super nice but the owner of the staff is just worried about the money she can make , I had a service animal and was given some unnecessary drama for having a service animal because she couldn't charge me the pet fees for the Animal it was quite ridiculous if you asked me. I will not return here. Staff insisted that they come in to my room even though I work nights and sleep during the day time To clean my room because I had a service animal in there with me. They wanted to ensure the animal wasn't destroying the room. So you know I work nights And sleep during the day time they insisted on coming in in waking me up in the middle of the day to clean the room which Which I asked them not To Do for the reason I had to rest they did not Give a care in the world about that and said that it was mandatory that they come in the clean my room at that given time. I will Not return here and would not suggest anybody to stay here. The staff are unpleasantly rude and do not give us luck about anything but the money that they are going to get off of you.

I have always had wonderful stays at this hotel. The rooms and property are always clean, price is great in comparison to similar hotels in the area, and the staff are so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Beber who is always extremely kind and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Lisa, the manager, is very kind, accommodating, and compassionate as well. I’m very thankful for the wonderful service this hotel provides.

Great Location in the ever evolving Asian neighborhood.. easy check in and good parking. The barn style bathroom doors need to be updated as there is a large gap when closed. Housekeeping stopped by several times. The hotel is within walking distance of several good Korean and other Asian restaurants and a market.

Just wrapped up a six night stay at this property while attending a conference in Dallas. Overall the stay was good. The rooms are large and well appointed with a small kitchen, large TV, sofa, and desk area. The staff was helpful and the breakfast included some hot items. The hotel was easy to find and close to 35W. The not so great parts are; multiple stains on the carpet in the room, broken hardware to some of the cabinets, a barn style bathroom door that was too small (zero privacy in the bathroom). The TV did not offer any local channels and the WiFi required constant logging in. The room to room soundproofing was poor as well. Given the $80/night price point, a 3.5 star rating felt to be appropriate.

It's amazing, the rooms are nice and kept up with very nicely, the staff gets the job done and has the best interest in their customers! My friends and my son and myself as well had a great experience! Looking forward to stay here again

The location of this place is great. Plenty of parking The gym is very small During our stay, one of the two elevators was broken, but that was fine. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was also broken, so we used the first floor ice machine. The only thing I didn’t like were the barn style bathroom doors, they don’t completely close so there’s a little gap between the door and the walls.

This is a really nice hotel for the price. My room was nice and clean and it looked just like it's shown online. All of the hotel staff members were very nice including the manager Lisa.

The hotel was very clean, very orderly, and the staff was great. The only issue I really had was the service at the front desk was not as available as I needed. A few times I had to go search for them when I needed help but everything was great. The woman at the front was very busy, accommodating, and she was a pleasant person to converse with. I would definitely recommend this hotel & the room was beautiful. I did not expect the hotel to be as nice as it was. Great for the price as well.
